Under the contract, HP will deliver HP Enterprise Cloud Services - Virtual Private Cloud for U.S. Public Sector, a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Programme (FedRAMP) authorized service, to host SecureKeys briidge.net Exchange application for the implementation of FCCX. Part of the HP Converged Cloud portfolio, HP Enterprise Cloud Services deliver the benefits of a Cloud-based approach without sacrificing the security required for mission-critical workloads.

The National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC) and the Federal Identity, Credential and Access Management (FICAM) initiative call on all agencies to establish FCCX in an effort to broaden government acceptance of approved third-party credentials of varying strengths and types.
