American Diversified Holdings Corporation Cloud networking subsidiary Rebel Networks to substantially expand operating capacity

18 Oct 2011 Del Mar - American Diversified Holdings Corporation's Rebel Networks is expanding its applications hosting capacities by adding more Dell Servers and Storage into the Cloud Grid.

"The Rapid growth that we have experienced this year in the area of Cloud hosting and application hosting has resulted in us requiring more equipment at a faster pace", stated Domenic Macchione, President and CEO of Rebel Networks.

Furthermore, Rebel Networks now will start to build and expand the Dallas Facility to include Cloud hosting and Virtual Servers later this month. Rebel Networks will also be developing a mobile app that will allow users to back up their iPhones, Android and Blackberry devices to their Cloud infrastructure. The Mobile back up business is one of the fastest growing segments in Cloud computing. Rebel is uniquely positioned as a provider of the Cloud data centre to tap into this new and emerging market segment.

American Diversified Holdings Corporation (ADHC) is a publicly traded company headquartered in Del Mar, California. ADHC is developing a unique software platform for the Mobile Health Care Market as the medical profession gears up to go electronic for Electronic Health Records (EHR) and also for direct patient monitoring and information.
