19 Sep 2011 Paris - Bull SAS and Acceleware Ltd. have formed a partnership to deliver a combined solution of Bull Extreme Computing platforms and Acceleware's multi-core accelerated seismic solutions to customers in the EMEA Oil & Gas markets. The partnership will provide Bull customers streamlined access to Acceleware GPU software, multi-core consulting services and training offerings.

"Acceleware is a pioneer in GPU computing software and we are now able to provide through this partnership an enhanced combination of seismic industry domain knowledge along with high-performance, parallel computing expertise to an industry that relies heavily on both", stated Guy Gueritz, Oil & Gas Business Development Director, Bull Extreme Computing. "Our objective through this partnership is to provide more software offerings with better overall performance to our clients and Acceleware provides us with additional abilities to deliver on this commitment."

In addition to software, Acceleware provides advanced training for HPC programmers and multi-core consulting services. A feature offering of this partnership with Bull will be complete support for Acceleware's accelerated Reverse Time Migration with TTI.
