15 Jul 2014 Vienna - Siemens Convergence Creators has obtained resell rights for Oracle's Service Cloud, formerly also known as Oracle RightNow CX Cloud service. Since Siemens CVC is the first official reseller in the CEE region, it was honoured with an award, presented at a ceremony during Oracle's partner lounge on the 10th of July.
