Planned Systems International marks 25 years of excellence in technology and service

24 Jul 2013 Arlington - Planned Systems International Inc. (PSI) is celebrating its 25th year as a respected provider of information technology (IT) life-cycle development services to government agencies. Since opening its doors in 1988, PSI has evolved into a thriving IT solutions provider with a reputation for excellence among the customers it supports.

From PSI's first contract converting broadcast giant NBC from a Unisys to an IBM environment - to one of its current contracts delivering high-quality code maintenance services to the Department of Defense - the company's technical capabilities have evolved to meet the demands of a changing marketplace. From mainframes to client-server systems to Cloud computing and mobile solutions, PSI's expertise has evolved to provide value-added management consulting and IT solutions that consistently deliver success for its customers.

"PSI began with a fearless attitude and a gut feeling that if we hired the right people to do the right jobs and took care of them, that they would deliver the right solutions for our customers and this would build a good company", stated Terry Lin, PSI's CEO. A quarter century later, a relentless commitment to meeting customer needs through core values of People, Service, and Integrity has served the company well.

PSI has grown steadily through the years - from two employees to a staff of over 350 serving in multiple U.S. locations and internationally. Currently operating with annual revenues of over $100 million, the company adopts an empowered culture that invests in its employees and believes that meeting customer needs and creating opportunities to advance the company are a part of every person's job.

"This is a significant milestone and we are honoured to have served our Federal Government and Civilian customers for 25 years", stated Mr. Lin. "Though there are many factors which we attribute to our success, underlying them all is an unwavering commitment to our employees, customers and partners. We embrace the challenges ahead, and look forward to continuing our journey to support our customers with innovative IT solutions over the next quarter century."
