HPCNow! joins Bright Partner Programme as Advanced Reseller and Services Partner

1 Apr 2019 Amsterdam - HPCNow! has signed up to the Bright Partner Programme as an Advanced Reseller and a Services Partner. With offices in Barcelona Spain and Auckland New Zealand, HPCNow! operates across all continents. The company provides customers with solutions and technologies to tackle the most complex problems in High Performance Computing, such as cluster design, supercomputer administration, and user support.

HPCNow! offers consulting, system installation and administration, technical and scientific support, and training. Its service portfolio is specifically designed to help customers meet their needs during the lifecycle of their computing and storage systems. At the same time, due to a high degree of specialization and extensive experience, HPCNow! offers high-level management and support services, with support cases being directly assigned to the person or team with the abilities to address them.

As a Bright Computing partner, HPCNow! will act as a Bright Reseller to companies in Southern Europe and Asia Pacific, while offering Bright service support to companies across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the USA. Hitting the ground running, HPCNow! has already installed Bright Cluster Manager at a number of customers in Europe and Africa, and is providing value-added service support to a Fortune 100 customer running Bright in North America.

HPCNow! prides itself in delivering turnkey solutions for users that require HPC systems. The company's value lies in its ability to take care of the entire process of installing the hardware through to the end user applications. With Bright Cluster Manager, HPCNow! will be able to carry out projects more quickly, and offer its customers a single tool to manage their HPC clustered infrastructure.

Pere Puigdomènech Thibaut, Business Development Manager at HPCNow!, commented: "With Bright Cluster Manager, we are able to provide user-friendly solutions to sysadmins that are not used to working with HPC solutions, while at the same time freeing more skilled workers to focus on user support." He added: "Working with Bright Computing is a pleasure; the product is excellent, the ROI for the customer is clear, and the technical support is very responsive. Bright gives you everything you would expect from an ISV."

Jack Hanna, Director of Alliances at Bright Computing, added: "HPCNow! is exactly the type of partner we like working with. The company offers a wide range of service support and reseller capabilties, and operates across multiple regions, so it is able to share best practise experience and know-how with our global customer base."

In the eyes of HPCNow!, the three drivers that separate Bright Cluster Manager from competing products and open source tools are the ability to integrate the whole HPC system, the minimal amount of time required to deploy an HPC solution, and value-add capabilities such as the intuitive console and GUI management of the cluster.
