Qoncert selects IntelePeer SIP Trunking services to connect Cisco Unified Communications systems for business customers

28 Mar 2012 San Mateo - Qoncert has selected the IntelePeer CoreCloud SIP Trunking services for integration with customers' Cisco unified communications (UC) systems and Qoncert's Enterprise Class Hosted Collaboration Services (ECHO CS). IntelePeer CoreCloud SIP Trunking services are qualified for Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).

Qoncert chose IntelePeer SIP Trunking services for its proven reliability, high quality of service, and broader functionality - advantages only possible with its all-IP platform. Last year, IntelePeer - and its CoreCloud SIP Trunking - achieved membership into the Cisco Developer Network and was named a registered Cisco developer within the UC technology category. Qoncert has a strong partnership with Cisco Systems selling most of the Cisco product line in UC, routing, switching, security, data centre, wireless and business video.

"With our focus on collaboration sales and our tight alignment with Cisco sales teams, the choice to work with IntelePeer SIP Trunking services was a logical next step", stated Qoncert President and CEO, Lou Rossi. "Over the past few years, we have experienced triple digit growth, and within the last year, have doubled our business, which makes IntelePeer's ability to quickly deploy connections extremely important. In addition, our customers demand the high reliability and comprehensive support from the productivity features that they expect of their Cisco UC systems, and IntelePeer SIP Trunking services deliver that value to our customers."

IntelePeer's SIP trunking and Hosted Intercompany Media Engine (IME) services for Cisco UC include a set of full-featured, Cloud communications services delivered via IntelePeer's Media Peering Grid services and SuperRegistry directory. The scale of IntelePeer's all-IP platform uniquely enables the reliable delivery of high-quality, rich voice and video collaboration services and enterprise connectivity to federated communities of interest, giving partners and customers the communications solutions needed to take full advantage of the powerful capabilities of Cisco UC.

"Qoncert's decision to use IntelePeer SIP trunking for its Cisco UC deployments illustrates why we've made such a strong commitment to earn Cisco qualification for its extensive line of unified communications systems", stated Margaret Norton, general manager, Enterprises at IntelePeer. "With IntelePeer's SIP Trunking, Qoncert can quickly and confidently deploy high-quality SIP trunking connections for Cisco business applications or services, enabling their customers to improve the productivity, quality, and performance of their Cisco-based network and UC solutions."
