A dedicated group of research organisations, the "buyers", tested the HNSciCloud pilot platform services in different use cases. These organisations used Computing, Storage and Identitfy Manager services across four scientific domains, comparing the performance and costs of diverse applications. The four scientific domains included Astronomy, High Energy Physics, Photon/Neutron Sciences, and Life Sciences. Participants at the event could hear about the experience of the research organisations who deployed their real use-cases on these platforms.
The final HNSciCloud deliverables will be made public after the final project review in February 2019.
The material and recording from the final event are available online .
The HNSciCloud partners have also issued a brochure that gives a good overview and lists many lessons learned.
More information about the project is available at the HNSciCloud website.
