HPC expert Genias Benelux to show its skillful expertise in brandnew website

20 Feb 2017 Almere - Genias Benelux has launched a new website. Genias is the publisher ofPrimeur Magazine, the weekly news service for high performance computing, supercomputing and Cloud computing in Europe and abroad. The company provides the visitor with a concise overview of the services it is offering. The website also presents an overview of the different projects in which Genias has participated over the years and the initiatives that the company currently is supporting.

For over 20 years, the Dutch SME business Genias Benelux is active in the world of supercomputing. This firm has built up a highly sought after expertise in high performance computing (HPC), Cloud, Grid, quantum and distributed computing and related technologies.

The focus is not on the development of specific software and/or hardware but the company is offering its HPC-related services in editorial, organisational, advisory and consulting areas. The company also produces white papers for its customers and helps them with tenders and project communication and administration.

In addition, the company provides a weekly digital news service for the broader HPC community: http://primeurmagazine.com or http://hpc.news .

Genias is mainly involved as a partner in European projects of various kinds. It is also hired by other companies to prepare tenders relating to the acquisition of HPC contracts.

In the project consortia where Genias took part in and currently still is active in as a partner, the company is mainly responsible for the work package that provides the communication and dissemination tools and management on behalf of these projects to address the different target groups and stakeholders.

For the moment, Genias is involved in a support project for the e-Infrastructure Reflection Group (e-IRG), a think tank that expands along the lines of setting up a European e-Infrastructure - an open marketplace of digital infrastructure for European research.

Ad Emmen, Managing Director of Genias Benelux, stated: "Thanks to our participation in such a great variety of European projects, we have gained tremendous experience in how to address different stakeholders and audiences in the area of high performance computing and related technologies, in the e-Infrastructure landscape but also in various fields of scientific research. Industrial vendors have come to know and appreciate our expertise in writing tenders to win huge and profitable contracts. Over the years, Genias Benelux has built up a profound knowledge and practical skills in this niche. We are a trustworthy and reliable partner for companies that are not familiar with writing project proposals and deliverables."

The visitor of the new Genias Benelux website at a glance can see what the company stands for and what it can do for you as a vendor, scientist, researcher, HPC expert and user in its different roles of project partner, tender specialist, news analysis supporter, and consultancy provider.
