ISC Events teams up with Deutsche Messe to introduce cluster computing at CeBIT

3 Feb 2015 Hannover - ISC Events, the organizers of the ISC High Performance and ISC Cloud & Big Data conference series, and Deutsche Messe AG, the organizer of CeBIT will present a jointly-organized forum on cluster computing in conjunction with the upcoming CeBIT exhibition. This forum is dedicated to educating industry users on the benefits of deploying computer simulation technology.

Established in 1986, CeBIT is the world's largest trade fair for information technology and takes place annually every spring on the Hannover exhibition grounds. Numerous technical forums have been incorporated into the CeBIT conference programme.

Within this conference framework, ISC Events will host its forum titled Compute Cluster - The Turbo for CAE Simulations . This will be a four-hour interactive programme aimed mainly at industry users with special CAE simulation requirements. Through the scheduled talks, presenters will share insights and best practices with the audience, specifically on how to successfully acquire and operate computer clusters running CAE application software.

This forum will be presented at Hall 6, Stand H54, from 9:30 am to 1 pm on March 19, 2015, and is open to all CeBIT visitors.

The programme includes critical topics of concern for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), such as CAE scaling and licensing issues, as well as their impact on the product development process. Operational aspects of computer-aided engineering as they relate to Cloud computing environments will also be discussed. Finally, a number of use cases and success stories will be described.

Germany-based cluster computing firms, Megware, Science + Computing and transtec, as well as their customers, will be sharing their know-how and experiences with the attendees.

ISC Events is currently giving away 100 free visitors' ticket on first come first serve basis to enable you to attend the forum. If you are interested in this opportunity, you can reserve your CeBIT ticket at http://cebit.isc-events.com/en/ .
