The European High-Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) is a public-private partnership in High Performance Computing (HPC). EuroHPC will permit the EU and participating countries to coordinate their efforts and share resources with the objective of deploying in Europe a world-class supercomputing infrastructure and a competitive innovation ecosystem in supercomputing technologies, applications and skills.
The Infrastructure Advisory Group (INFRAG) of the JU, is analysing different strategies/policies and will present to the Executive Director and Governing Board the corresponding recommendations. INFRAG has set up a specialised working group on Access Policy that will gather best practices and requirements and help develop initial set of recommendations for the JU.
To facilitate this process INFRAG is organising a half day workshop in Brussels on 21 October 2019, to present the findings and the directions of the Working Group with the goal to allow all users, communities, and stakeholders to comment and contribute to the final proposal. The event will be covered live through a web conferencing system giving the opportunity for those who are not able to attend it in person, to follow the proceedings and submit on real-time their opinions and questions.
The event is organised in Marivaux Hotel, Congress & Seminar Centre Brussels, Boulevard Adolphe Maxlaan, 98, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
Due to limited availability of seats registration prior to the event is mandatory. You can visit the PRACE website for more information and registration.
