Four student tech design teams use HPC power from CPU 24/7 for Formula Student contest


3 Apr 2017 Potsdam - HPC Cloud provider CPU 24/7 has signed a sponsor agreement with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). CPU 24/7 is now sponsor of four top-teams of students designing car technology entering an international contest "Formula Student" with it. In total 10 servers and 180 compute cores are available for the students.

The student teams are competing in an international competition with about 600 other student teams. There are three categories: Formula Student Combustion; Formula Student Electric and Formula Student Driverless.
